In my Embodiment series, I explore the body’s unique ability to remain grounded in the present—even as the mind drifts to the past or leaps into the future. These paintings pulse with energy: layered marks, scrapes, twists, and turns mirror the dynamic sensations within the body. The process is chaotic and fluid. Working on non-porous paper, each step can be easily erased or transformed, making way for constant change. It’s an intuitive, moment-to-moment experience guided entirely by the messages my body sends in real time. Original artworks in this series are available, with prices ranging from $32 to $295.
