I taught a really fun class on March 17 at GALA Artisan Jewelery & Gifts in Kensington, MD. During "Colorful Watercolor Pendants" we painting circles - a lot of them - learning about techniques of watercolor painting on yupo (what a cool medium!). We explore the concepts of inspiration, creativity, symbolism and meaning. My students painted delightfully colorful pieces and then chose one to frame as a pendant. What a fun morning!
