Ooh, what a happy place where one can play. Yesterday, in a private class, we explored marks of all kinds: lines and dots and circles in pencil, pen, crayon, marker, charcoal, and watercolor. We also tested inks on yupo paper. This is a great exercise to build awareness of how one’s eyes and hands work together to create interesting patterns.
