I stopped at @oaktheshop yesterday where the lovely Gayle features my watercolors on yupo. A young couple came in; it was their time at the shop. The woman leaned closer to one of my paintings and said, “how come this are so vibrant?”. We ended up chatting about my technique of painting in watercolors on yupo paper. Yupo is a cool medium that allows for much experimentation and creative play. And the paintings are indeed vibrant!
