Oh my, what a fun night at The Muse in Frederick, MD, at the opening of my photography exhibition. Friends came in; new friends were made. The loveliest of conversations took place. I am so incredibly grateful for this experience: to be able to share my macro photography of the beauty rust creates on a variety of surfaces. People came in thinking the photos were actually paintings. I love playing around with colors, textures, and composition, and ... our perceptions of the world around us.
