Wow, I had such a fun day at the 2018 MakeHer Mart at the National Museum for Women in the Arts in Washington, DC! What a fun event celebrating women in the creative industry. I showcased my handcrafted scarves, pillows, and bags, and also shared my latest watercolor on yupo paintings. It was a pleasure talk about my creative process and this young woman only added to my joy for the day as she purchased my painting for her home. “I am adding you to my art wall," she said and smiled.

I also had the pleasure of attending a call, part of MakeHer Summit, where four female entrepreneurs discussed a wide array of topics: self-care, building networks, self-promotion, confidence, skills, balancing a variety of tasks within a day ... Thank you all!
